The calculations assume a final edge thickness of 0.4mm.
Understanding the Formula:
The chart uses a mathematical formula to determine the grind height. The formula is as follows:
Formula: h = √((d/2)^2 - ((d/2) - ((t - e)/2))^2)
Where:
"d" = Wheel Diameter
"t" = Material Thickness
"e" = Edge Thickness
"h" = Grind Height
