Blacksmith’s Block Brush

A heavy-duty Blacksmith’s Block Brush designed for aggressive cleaning of forged steel.

Also referred to as a butchers block brush or forging brush, this traditional workshop brush features a broad 8-row head fitted with stiff carbon steel strip plate for fast removal of forge scale, oxidation, rust and surface contamination.

The large brushing area makes it particularly effective for bladesmithing and blacksmithing, where a standard hand wire brush is often too narrow or too soft for efficient scale removal.

Traditional Wooden Handle

The solid wooden handle provides a comfortable, secure grip and gives the brush the traditional feel expected from a blacksmithing workshop tool.
